i found the location very convenient for exploring. the proximity to public transportation made sightseeing easy. the housekeeping staff were really friendly and kept the room super clean. i appreciated the comfortable rooms and city view.
the room's light control was a bit complicated , and the sliding door between the shower and toilet couldn't close both spaces simultaneously.

a less than stellar experience
poor room servicecold pool
The room service was quite poor , and everything i ordered was either wrong or incomplete. the nighttime food service was also disappointing . The person delivering the food to my room was quite rude. the room itself was tiny , and the hotel pool was cold when i tried to use it. i chose this hotel specifically for the pool and was not happy.

The location proved central. It was easy to walk to Leake Street. Southbank was also just a short walk. I liked that the hotel had a pool during quiet times.
The porter did not seem to know how things worked in the room. The room was high tech and needed assistance. My room keys also did not work the room had not been used in a while.

The breakfast was very good. It had a wide variety of food and drinks. I also liked the complimentary magazines and newspapers offered, they had a good selection. The Easter display in reception looked so nice! The staff was polite and helpful.
I asked everyday to fix the intercom. It was never fixed until the last day, though.
